(MH_E_SRC): Add mh-compat.el, mh-folder.el,
mh-letter.el, mh-limit.el, mh-scan.el, mh-show.el, mh-thread.el,
mh-tool-bar.el, mh-xface.el. Remove mh-customize.el, mh-init.el.
(mh-autoloads): Don't use comments on otherwise empty lines.
